Start with washing the cucumbers and grating them into a bowl using a coarse grater. Then as shown, put the white Greek yoghurt into another bowl. Add olive oil, dill, lemon juice and garlic to it. Follow with salt and pepper. Stir thoroughly.

Next, remove the excess juice from grated cucumbers, which was released in the meantime. Feel free to help yourself by pushing your hand against the cucumbers to make sure all the juice is squeezed out properly.

Lastly, add the yoghurt mixture to cucumbers and mix altogether. Once ready, put the salad in the fridge for a while, so that the flavours start to combine nicely.

FAQ 1: Is it okay if I freeze Greek Tzatziki salad?
