Ingredients needed for a trout with butter
- 2 whole gutted trouts,
- 60 g of butter,
- 2 tbsp of olive oil,
- 4 cloves of garlic,
- 1 lemon,
- Fresh herbs (thyme, rosemary, parsley, even herb butter),
- Salt,
- Ground black pepper,
- Fish spices (optional but suitable for a trout with butter)
The preparation and baking process

Begin with heating the oven to 200-220 degrees. Pour the olive oil on a baking sheet and place two gutted trouts. Meanwhile, cut the lemon into wedges, peel the garlic and cut it into halves or quarters. Then prepare the herbs.

Salt and pepper the trouts from the inside, arrange herbs and pieces of garlic.
