- 1 spring onion,
- 1 handful of your favourite grated cheese,
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper,

Cut the chicken breasts into strips, grate the hard cheese coarsely and finely chop the spring onion.

Beat the eggs, add spices, solamyl, soy sauce and onion. Mix everything together and let it all stand for a few minutes. Then add the cheese and chicken pieces, mix again and leave in the refrigerator for an hour or overnight.
