  • 500 g low-fat cottage cheese,
  • 250 g ricotta (mascarpone),
  • 200 g of sour cream,
  • 2 pcs vanillin sugar,
  • 2 heaping spoons of granulated sugar,
  • 2 level spoons of Golden Cob,
  • 2 pcs of larger eggs (if smaller, then 3 pcs),
  • Grated lemon peel,

Preparation

Let’s start with the cookie dough. We mix the biscuits (classic or gluten-free), add the softened butter and make a mass that we press into the bottom of a round cake tin (diameter approx. 26 cm) lined with baking paper.

Bake the cookie dough at a temperature of 170 degrees Celsius for approximately 10-15 minutes. Let it cool down.Simple Cheesecake. Foto : Martina

3In the meantime, prepare the curd mixture. At the lowest speed, beat the cottage cheese, ricotta and sour cream. Gradually add sugar, Golden Cob, grated lemon peel and eggs. A smooth mass will be formed.
