  • 1 onion,
  • 70 g of butter,
  • 3 canned tomato purees,
  • 3 tbsp plain flour,
  • 1 liter of water,
  • 1 tsp salt,
  • 3 tbsp sugar,
  • 8 balls of allspice,
  • 5 cloves,
  • 2 bay leaves,
  • 1/2 package of pasta

Preparation

We start by cleaning and cutting the onion. Then fry it in butter for about 4 minutes.

Add flour to the onion, fry for a while and add cold water while stirring constantly. Season with pepper, sugar and salt.

3Let the tomato soup cook under the lid for 20-30 minutes. Then strain and put back on the stove again.

4Add the purees to the soup and mix everything together. Let it cook for another 5 minutes.
