Ingredients
- 7 medium-sized potatoes,
- 3 eggs,
- 1 onion,
- 1 sterilized vegetable (carrot, pea) 330g package,
- 3 larger pickles,
- 1 mayonnaise, 225g package,
- pickle juice,
- salt,
- sugar,
- ground black pepper,
Preparation
1
First, boil the potatoes in their skins for about 20 minutes, depending on the size. Check with a fork, they must not be overcooked. After cooking, wash them with cold water. If we want them to be easy to peel, we cut each raw potato in the middle all the way around.
2 After cooking, just remove the skin from both sides. Boil the eggs hard. We can use sterilized vegetables or we can boil them. We cook the carrots whole, after they have cooled, cut them into small cubes, as well as the pickles.
3Finely chop the onion and boil it in hot water for 3 minutes (it will be easier to digest). Drain. Let the ingredients cool down.
4Peel the potatoes and eggs and push them through a classic salad wheel (or just cut). Add mayonnaise. Mix gently and add carrots with peas, onions, cucumbers.
5
Pour pickle juice. The potato salad will be lighter and tastier. Season with salt, sugar, ground black pepper.
