  • 1 small shallot or onion,
  • 3 cloves of garlic,
  • ½ piece of parsley,
  • 1 small potato,

Wash or peel all the vegetables and cut them into small pieces (including garlic). Start frying them in oil, except for the potato. Then add salt and continue frying for about 5 minutes.

Cut the remaining potato into small cubes and add it to the rest. Fry for a minute together with the vegetables.

Pour heated vegetable broth or hot water together with spinach. Cook covered until vegetables soften. The time highly depends on the size of your chopped vegetables, however it should not take more than 15 minutes.
